Ergonomics describes how your body is positioned, and if it is correct, you will have less pain and injury! However, if it is incorrect, you will experience bad effects such as muscle pain, trigger points, stiffness, tight tissues, and limited motion. So why not spend a few minutes learning about ergonomics and body mechanics? You can individually benefit from learning proper ergonomics, and your company will greatly improve worker’s compensation claims and costs.
